How to Apply…TWO EASY STEPS:

1. Fill out the Application by March 1, 2009:

Application for State Level Financial Aid Programs

Although the online version is recommended for its ease and convenience, a paper version of the application is available for downloading on the www.wvapply.com/commonapp.pdf or by calling our office 304-558-4417. In addition, your high school counselor may have paper applications available.

AND

2. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1, 2009:

The easiest way to complete the FAFSA is by going online to www.fafsa.ed.gov. A paper version may be printed from the FAFSA website. A student applying for the 2009 PROMISE Scholarship will need to file the 2009-2010 FAFSA by March 1, 2009. The 2009-20010 FAFSA is available January 1, 2009.
