Although the online version is recommended for its ease and convenience, a paper version of the Common Application is available for downloading from www.wvapply.com/commonapp.pdf.

AND

2. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1, 2008:

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)  

A paper version of the FAFSA is available at a local high school or public library.
